Join a guided stroll and lively discussion with Prairietown resident, Mr. Armstrong, a nature enthusiast and gardener.
Audience: We welcome anyone who enjoys conversing with costumed interpreters and spending time in nature. All ages are welcome!
Access and Considerations: Meet your guide for this program near the tram turnaround behind the Museum Experience Center. This stroll will take place on a wide, crushed gravel trail through Prairietown. Benches are available along the way near Lenape Indian Camp, the Conner House, Animal Encounters, and within Prairietown. This is a rain-or-shine program; please dress accordingly and bring comfort items as needed (e.g., sunscreen, hat, water). Restrooms are available in the Museum Experience Center and include accessible stalls. Please reach out to our Nature Engagement Specialist at
morton@connerprairie.org if you would like to share or discuss ways we can support your access needs for this program.
