Our Board of Directors oversees operations and engages community members in supporting the museum. Conner Prairie thanks these individuals who contribute their time and expertise.

Bailey Rayford

Bailey Rayford

CEO, Kendal Logan Logistics

Bailey Rayford, originally from Harmony, NC, is the CEO of Kendal Logan Logistics. She earned her BS in Agriculture Education from NC A&T State University. With an intense entrepreneurial spirit, she has spent the last two decades building a diverse business portfolio. Bailey, uniquely talented as a networker and connector of people, has successfully built partnerships across agriculture, logistics, and real estate markets. In addition to managing her business portfolio, she also serves as a consultant to small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of market expansion, diversification, and acquisition.

With her passion for philanthropy, Bailey serves in leadership positions for several nonprofit organizations. She is a Charter Member of Circle City Jack and Jill and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hatch for Hunger, and Young President Organization (Spouse chair), and The Patachou Foundation. In Bailey’s spare time, she enjoys time on her family farm with her husband Jimmy, and children Reese, and Logan.

Conner Prairie Foundation

The Conner Prairie Foundation board of directors oversees the management of the museum's endowment and the land and structures of the museum, including the William Conner House.
