Note: These steps MUST be followed on a mobile device, not a desktop, to properly download your digital membership card.
1. Log in to your account here - https://connerp.ticketapp.org/portal/auth
- Note: If you purchased your membership in person or over the phone, you are required to create an account
2. Once logged in, go to “Profile”. This option can be found by clicking your name and then selecting it from the drop-down list.
3. You are then taken to the “Account Info” page on your profile. From here, click “View my memberships”
4. From this page, click “Digital Membership”
5. This will pull up the primary member’s name and the secondary member if applicable. Click on your name and then hit “Add to Apple/Google Wallet.”
