At Conner Prairie, every guest has the opportunity to pursue knowledge and fun in a way that is tailored to them. This pursuit requires strong, dedicated leadership. Our Board of Directors oversees operations and engages community members in supporting the museum. Conner Prairie thanks these individuals who contribute their time and expertise.

Eric Lucas

Secretary, Conner Prairie Museum | CEO of MKSK

Eric is a landscape architect and urban designer with over 25 years of experience. As CEO at MKSK, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, its design legacy, and two of its offices, in Indianapolis and Lafayette. Eric directs site-scale and city-scale projects for public and private clients throughout the US. His and the firm’s work focuses on addressing our cities’ most pressing issues and solving complex issues of economic, environmental, social, and cultural themes. Eric graduated from Purdue University (Bachelor’s) and Ball State University (Master’s) with degrees in landscape architecture. He, his wife, and daughter reside in West Lafayette, Indiana.
