Uncover stories through objects: Women Inventors

Enjoy a special behind-the-scenes tour of objects in our Collections as we highlight prominent innovations made by women. From inventions that can save thousands of lives to bringing fashion to the common consumer, these women have played an important role throughout history that continues to influence us today.

THE INFLUENTIAL IMPACT OF THE CONNER PRAIRIE ALLIANCE

For over 40 years, the Conner Prairie Alliance helped shape many of the educational programs and exhibits that visitors experience throughout the year. This group of creative, fun and energetic women have devoted countless hours of time, talents and energy to fund raise through the Apple Store and support our mission, raising over $1 million since 1982.
