Membership FAQ
Memberships may be purchased in person at the ticket desk, online, or by phone at 317.776.6000.
Memberships are valid 365 days from the date of purchase.
Individual memberships include one adult. All other memberships include two (2) named adults within one household and all children or grandchildren under the age of 21.
Member children may visit with other adults not listed on the membership cards. Adults not listed on the membership card will be required to purchase admission.
Plus-Level, Voyager, Explorer and Conner Society members have the option to add a "Designated Caregiver" to their membership. Designated caregivers receive free admission when accompanied by member children. Caregivers do not receive other member benefits.
A designated caregiver is someone other than the two named adults listed on a Plus-Level, Voyager, Explorer, or Conner Society membership who may bring the member’s children to Conner Prairie (such as a nanny, babysitter, or other caregiver). Designated caregivers receive free admission when accompanied by member children.
A member may only list one caregiver at a time and may only change caregivers one time during the term of the membership. The designated caregiver must show a photo ID and a membership card and be accompanied by member children to receive free general admission. Designated caregiver does not receive other member benefits, including discounted festival admission, and may not bring a free guest.

No. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Yes. You can purchase the gift membership here. As the purchaser, you can set the membership start date for up to 90 days in the future. The membership will be valid for 365 days after the selected start date. A gift membership is a great choice any time of the year!
Members are not required to reserve general admission tickets in advance. Upon arrival, members will need to visit the ticket scanner with a valid membership card and photo ID. Additional tickets can be purchased at the ticket desk if needed.
Yes. Children may use their membership card for a General School Tour only. Special programs are not included. Teachers must present a photocopy of the student's membership card with payment of the School Tour.
Digital membership cards are emailed shortly after your purchase, learn how to download your digital membership. Physical membership cards can be printed upon request. If you would like a physical membership card, please email member@connerprairie.org with your Member ID number.
Yes. A photo ID can be shown at the ticket desk to receive general admission tickets for the day. If you would like the digital membership card download email resent to you or to request a physical membership card, please email member@connerprairie.org.
Plus members may bring two guests for daytime general admission only (does not include festival admission).
Voyagers may bring four guests for daytime general admission only (does not include festival admission).
Explorers and Conner Society members may bring six guests for daytime general admission and up to four guests to Headless Horseman.
Yes! Within 7 days of your visit, you may apply the cost of any tickets that would have been covered by a membership toward a membership purchase. It will be just as if you had purchased a membership from the start!
Members can visit as often as they want.
A portion of all Supporting Memberships (Voyager, Explorer, Conner Society) memberships are tax deductible. If you desire a tax receipt, please contact us at member@connerprairie.org.
No. Only the named adults, designated caregiver, or children listed on the membership receive free admission. Guests of Plus-Level, Voyager, Explorer, and Conner Society members only receive free admission when accompanied by a cardholder.
